Peter de Jonge is an American author and journalist. He is best known for his novels Shadows Still Remain, The River Sorrow, and After the Rain, as well as his non-fiction books The New York Times bestseller The Last Escape and The Secret Life of the Lonely Doll. He has contributed to publications such as The New York Times, Esquire, Rolling Stone, and Vanity Fair.
