Lo Patrick is a poet, author and public speaker. She is a passionate advocate for mental health, social justice, and creative expression. She is the author of two books of poetry, "Barely Breathing" and "The Wound is Where the Light Gets In". She is also a facilitator for The Poetry Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a community of writers and readers.
